Practical local notes: most roofs here are dimensional asphalt shingle on steep, multi-ridge newer builds, so installers generally rely on non-penetrating shingle and gutter clips rather than fasteners; because young subdivisions lack big canopy trees, displays lean on rooflines, window surrounds, and landscape beds. Getting a trailer through Carmel's famous roundabout network — more than 140 of them — is its own local skill.
