Most questions are answered faster by the request form than by email: it captures your town, roofline and timing in one pass, which is what anyone quoting the job needs before they can say anything useful.
For anything else, email hello@curbstead.com. One inbox, answered within one business day during the season and more slowly outside it.
Which route
Where each kind of question actually goes.
- I want a price for my house
- Use the request form. It takes about two minutes, needs no account, and asks the things that actually move a quote — town, storeys, roofline, what you want lit, and when. Published cost ranges for your town are on that town's page if you want a number before you commit to anything.
- I sent a request and haven't heard back
- Email the address above with the town and the name on the request. Availability varies by market and a request is not a booking, so silence usually means no installer covering that area has capacity — not that the request was lost.
- I install lights and want to receive work
- That is the partners route, not this inbox — it explains how territories work, what is asked of an installer, and what happens after you apply.
- I manage an HOA, a property portfolio, or a commercial site
- Say so in the request or the email. Association rules, multi-building scopes and storefront schedules change what an installer needs to quote, and the HOA planning page covers what to confirm with your board first.
- Something on this site is wrong
- Please say so. Cost ranges are modelled and published per town, and corrections to a local detail — a neighbourhood, a roof characteristic, a range that reads wrong for your area — are genuinely useful.
Direct routes: installers and territories, HOA planning, towns covered, and every homeowner question answered.
Curbstead is a marketplace, not an installer — it does not install lights, supply materials or set prices. If work is already under way at your home, the installer you hired is the right contact, not us.
